I found this company Movingtruckservicesja online. Mr. Sheppard is such a delight to speak with on the very first day. My move date was confirmed, i was a bit tense since i really didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by getting a call from one of the guys who was scheduled to do the move, letting me know they were en route. They actually got there before the scheduled time!!! 2 stars for that. The rest of the crew was very friendly. They worked very efficiently and fast . My move was done, unpacked before you knew it. I will reccomend this company to any one who needs a professional move, oh the value was good, I’m am very happy with Mr Sheppard and his Moving company.Five stars +

The quality of service received from Movingtruckservicesja was exceptional. The team arrive at premises on time, they made sure all items were carefully removed, packed and organized in the truck. The team was also polite and responded to all instructions given with regards to how the removed items should be placed in the new location. No item was damaged during moving. The items I moved included a sofa set, large refrigerator, washing machine, dresser, Chester drawers etc. No scratches, no damage. Thank you once more Movingtruckservicesja. A job well done!!!!

First hand experience came as proof when I needed to have some stuff moved. I asked for a 6am move and management had no problem with that and by order of service at 5:58 that morning the truck was all in reverse at my gate ready to begin moving. Staff were very much courteous and did there necessary gathering of information , to seemlessly beginning their job. At the end of it all I had one item to which was not apart of the moving items by them , but I simply asked for them to move it to another location within the premises and they had no problem to do it and no signs of annoyance was given. All the moving was done in swift time as they were always focused and wasted no time. When unloading the truck at the new location, the same level of service carried through. I was pleased and more than would recommend them and use them again. Management and Team is Excellent

I had such an excellent experience from beginning to end with Moving Services that I am an advocate for using their expertise to move and will never attempt to do it myself.

I was thrilled to have a company that called me back when they missed my call. I was excited to have an expert assessment as to how much truck space I needed and how many people were required to move my items. And the entire process, from the perfectly on time start to the ride to my new place to the seriously brilliant unpacking of my furniture that required some serious creativity to get them to the third floor, was impressive.

The entire process took 90 minutes because of their expertise vs all day with me trying to rope in friends and family to help me move. The men who did the moving were also so professional, I had to call back and leave an excellent review for them.
